A Bodywork session involves opening up the breathe, deep tissue massage including Rolfing, bio-energetics, acupressure and the use of other healing modalities.
Following a session, you will feel more alive, grounded, present and aware of yourself. If you have been experiencing pain, stress and anxiety, your session will make a profound difference in how you feel.
